Our Vision
A leading beacon of sustainable social change that protects dignity, promotes justice and builds resilient communities.
A living model of resilience and women's leadership. Founded in 2013 in response to the needs of women and girls in Darfur, we are a voice and refuge for the most vulnerable.
After a decade in the field, we became a federal organization registered with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) in 2026, bridging urgent relief and sustainable development.
Our strength comes from our roots in local communities, turning challenges into opportunities for empowerment.
A leading beacon of sustainable social change that protects dignity, promotes justice and builds resilient communities.
Empowering the most vulnerable, especially women and girls, through smart development, rapid humanitarian response and strong partnerships.
Ending poverty, achieving gender justice, and empowering women politically, economically and legally as partners in decision-making and peacebuilding.
We reach the field in the hardest conditions, with interventions for lasting change in four sectors:
We break the cycle of poverty through women's economic empowerment: micro-business incubators, smart cash transfers and sustainable microfinance.
Integrated protection from prevention onward: confidential case management, psychosocial support and legal awareness for safer communities.
We localize resolutions 1325 and 2250 and build women and youth platforms leading reconciliation and grassroots peacebuilding.
The first line of defense in crises: community kitchens and distribution of food, clothing and shelter to the displaced.
A network of international and local partners that multiplies our impact and sustains our projects:
Since April 2023 we support community kitchens (Takkaya) in Darfur, serving meals to thousands of displaced people under siege.
We work with UN Women and UNFPA, previously with UNAMID and VOND; the Norwegian Embassy is a partner in localizing Women, Peace and Security resolutions.
Field partnership with Plan Sudan on child protection and girls' education, and with the SIHA Network on women's rights advocacy.
Founding member of the Darfur Women's Coalition and the Darfur Women Inclusive Stand, shaping a national peace agenda.
Research and training partnerships with the Universities of Khartoum and El Fasher to back our projects with field studies.

Join us as partners, supporters and volunteers to keep empowering women and girls in the hardest conditions.
Partner with usA federal entity with impact across Sudan, able to respond in every state:
Our current HQ in Omdurman coordinates federal operations with partners and government.
El Fasher is our field operations hub in Darfur, covering the state's nine localities and the Zamzam, Abu Shouk and Korma camps.
We expanded to South and Central Darfur to cover conflict hotspots and displacement and return routes.
Field consultations across all administrative units of target localities ground our expansion in real data.
The ethical charter that drives our work and ties us to the communities we serve:
Development that excludes no one: women, men, youth and elders, with special care for people with disabilities and the marginalized.
We serve everyone without discrimination by race, colour, gender or political affiliation.
Sustainability at the heart of every project, moving communities from aid dependency to self-reliance.
Highest standards of integrity and resource management, accountable to communities and partners.
